How do I check availability for my dates?

Do you deliver to hotels, Airbnbs or the airport?

Yes, depending on the destination. In Montréal, delivery is possible to hotels, Airbnbs, homes and YUL and YHU airports. The options for your address appear when you book.

Can I pick up equipment at a pickup point?

Yes, at partner shops in Montréal, Laval, Québec City and Gatineau, or at our Longueuil warehouse. See pickup points.

Is the same equipment available in every city?

No. The range and handover options vary by city. Each product page shows the options for your booking.

How do handovers and returns work?

You choose delivery or pickup when you book. The return follows the agreed terms, and instructions are in your client space.

Is a security deposit required?

No. No security deposit is required, whatever the equipment.
