How Bébé Solutions began
After her daughter was born, Aurélie Cabon still wanted to travel, discover new places and spend time outdoors.
But going away with a baby called for a different kind of preparation. The crib, the stroller, the car seat… essential items to plan for, carry and have on hand at every stop.
A question began to take shape: what if all that equipment could simply be waiting wherever families were going?
In April 2023, that idea became Bébé Solutions.

From idea to network
A few milestones, told plainly.
Bébé Solutions is born from a simple idea: families should find their kids' gear waiting at their destination, instead of hauling it all along.
Bébé Solutions receives local and regional honours at the Défi OSEntreprendre, with Montérégie Économique at the regional level. That same year, the company becomes a member of Tourisme Montérégie.
Our delivery service reaches across Québec: families can receive some of our gear beyond our main cities, depending on the shipping options available.
Bébé Solutions is a finalist at Tourisme Montérégie's 2026 Gala Reconnaissance, in the “Tourisme durable et responsable” (sustainable and responsible tourism) category.
What makes us different
Every family has plans. We take care of the gear that goes with them. For a few days away, a visit to the grandparents or an outing close to home, we arrange delivery to your destination or collection through our network, depending on the options available for your stay.
We coordinate the handover of your booked equipment around your arrival and the services available.
For car seat rentals or other equipment: handover at Montréal-Trudeau (YUL) or MET – Montréal Metropolitan Airport (YHU Terminal), based on available services and the agreed schedule.
A stroller for exploring the city, a crib for your baby's nights: we arrange delivery of the equipment you've booked to your accommodation.
Stroller and other equipment deliveries are coordinated with you in Montréal, Laval, Longueuil, Québec City or Gatineau, depending on the available options. Car seats are not offered in Gatineau.
Family meals, walks together, the joy of welcoming the grandchildren… When it comes to the crib, high chair or stroller, Bébé Solutions can lend a hand.
Delivery to your family's home or pickup at a nearby point, depending on the area.
A trail to discover, a family walk or a different kind of getaway: enjoy the outing without bringing every piece of equipment from home.
Collect your gear at a pickup point in our network, subject to equipment and date availability.
The work behind the ease
A booking means more than setting an item aside. It needs to be prepared, its accessories checked, its handover arranged and its return planned. We take care of that work with our partners, so families can focus on their stay.
Equipment is carefully prepared between rentals, according to the type of item and the manufacturer's applicable recommendations.
Delivery or collection at a pickup point: we coordinate the location and handover arrangements with you and the partners involved, based on the available options.
Your booking, guides and delivery and return tracking stay in one place. The photos you take when receiving and returning the equipment document its condition.
A question or an unexpected change? Our team works with you to find a solution suited to the situation and the options available at the time.

Bébé Solutions began with a mother's idea. Today, that idea is taking shape through a network of equipment, local partners and delivery services across Québec.
Our ambition is to keep developing this network so families can more easily find what they need, whether they are travelling, welcoming loved ones or enjoying an activity together.
Because welcoming families also means considering the needs of their youngest members.
