Your questions about this model
Is the seat washable?
Yes, the child seat and drool pad are removable and machine washable at 30°C. Follow the Thule manual’s washing and drying instructions; do not machine wash the other carrier components.
Can parents take turns during the walk?
Yes, the back panel and hip belt adjust so different parents can take turns, within the model’s adjustment ranges. Check the manual’s fitting instructions to ensure the carrier is properly adjusted for each wearer.
How do handover and return work?
Select your dates, then choose delivery or pickup in the booking module. Follow the location and times shown in your reservation. For delivery, provide the full address and, for an airport handover, the required flight details. Return the equipment clean and complete to the agreed location.
Can I change my dates?
Date changes depend on availability. Send us your booking number and preferred new dates so we can check availability and confirm what can be changed.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation is free up to 14 days before your rental starts. Cancellations less than 14 days before the start are not refundable. Ending your rental early or not using the equipment does not qualify for a refund.
Email aurelie.cabon@bebesolutions.store with the equipment and rental dates. Without a cancellation email, the full booking amount remains due. In the event of force majeure or circumstances beyond your control, you may request an exceptional review; a refund is not guaranteed.
What if the equipment gets damaged?
Care for it as you would your own; normal wear is not a problem. If an accident happens, tell us promptly. Damage beyond normal wear may lead to charges under our terms.

- Minor damage, cosmetic and repairable: $30.
- Fabric or mechanism making the gear unusable: $100.
- Deep cleaning: $80.
- Loss, theft or non-return: new value, based on proof of purchase.
- Late return: current rate plus $20 per day per item.
What if my plans change?
A cancelled flight, a family emergency or a change of plans? We know things don’t always go as expected. Let us know as soon as possible so we can review your situation and work with you to find a solution. In exceptional circumstances, a full refund may be granted.
What if there is a problem with the child carrier?
Stop using it and contact us promptly. We’ll work to arrange a replacement as soon as possible, subject to availability, or find another suitable solution.
