General informations
BABY SOLUTIONS IN BRIEF
Bébé Solutions offers online rental of its own childcare equipment, including strollers, hiking baby carriers and bicycle trailers, carefully selected by us.
Our equipment is made up of second-hand equipment (it is checked at all times to ensure that it is still as safe) and equipment purchased new.
Our service aims to:
- Avoid investing in purchasing unnecessary equipment.
- Promote intelligent consumption to avoid waste.
- Allow you to test a product before purchasing to ensure it is right for your family.
Our equipment is available at our relay points. Book online, complete and sign the rental contract that will be sent to you, then immediately collect your product on site.
Our relay points are managed by independent and passionate professionals, offering a complementary service to our rental.
For all rentals made with us, a portion is donated to Trees Canada to help replant trees in our country.
Reservations
CALCULATION OF RENTAL DAYS
Rental days are calculated in 24-hour periods.
Example: I reserve for Wednesday, May 22, 9:00 a.m. until Thursday, May 23, 10:00 a.m., the reservation price will be for two days.
PICKING UP YOUR RENTAL
To collect your reservation, make sure you have completed and signed the rental contract (sent a few minutes after the reservation is made) online, then bring the confirmation email.
LAST MINUTE BOOKING
If the calendar indicates availability, you can reserve for the same day according to the times offered.
RESERVATION ON THE PLATFORM
All reservations must be made online via www.bebesolutions.store.

CONFIRMATION EMAIL NOT RECEIVED
After the online payment stage, a confirmation email is sent to you. Check your spam box.
If you do not receive it after a few minutes, contact us at: aurelie.cabon@bebesolutions.store.
RESERVATION EXTENSION
To extend your reservation, send an email to aurelie.cabon@bebesolutions.store with rental details as well as the expected return date.
If an extension is not possible, the equipment must be returned to the relay point as agreed.
RESERVATION DATE UNAVAILABLE
If the dates are blocked, the product is already reserved or the relay point is closed.
RETURN FROM MY RENTAL
Unless otherwise, collection and return must be done at the same collection point.
MAXIMUM RENTAL DURATION
There is no maximum duration. We offer reservations by the day, week or month.
VALIDITY OF THE RESERVATION
If the customer does not show up on the scheduled collection date, the products will be made available to other customers.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
- Free cancellation up to 14 days before the start of the rental.
- Cancellation less than 14 days before the start of the rental: no refund.
- No refunds for early termination or unused equipment.
- To cancel, send an email to aurelie.cabon@bebesolutions.store with rental details.
- In exceptional circumstances, contact Bébé Solutions by email.

SAFETY STANDARD
The Thule, Baby Jogger, Ergobaby, and Osprey brands meet Canadian safety standards.
DO YOU INSTALL CAR SEATS?
For accuracy and safety reasons, our teams do not install car seats .
For liability and insurance reasons, none of our partners or relay points are authorized to install a seat on behalf of the customer.
However, each seat comes with:
- Its complete user manual , printed or in digital version
- Visual instructions directly integrated into the seat
We strongly recommend that you read the provided guide carefully and check each step of the installation. If you would like professional validation, it is possible to consult a Child Passenger Safety Technician (TSEP)
Your child's safety is our priority. That's why we support you with reliable resources and carefully selected products, without compromise.
GENERAL SAFETY RULES
The customer must comply with the general safety rules for their rental.
Example: helmet (not available for rental) and bicycle flag for the use of a bicycle trailer.
CONDITION OF EQUIPMENT AT THE END OF THE RENTAL
The equipment must be returned in the same clean condition as it was provided to you.
The customer must ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of the equipment made available to him and will be responsible for any useful cleaning in order to return them to the condition in which they were given to him.
The customer must therefore make every effort to clean all traces of dirt during use (e.g. sand, traces of sunscreen, tender bar, etc.)
Cleaning fees may apply if the equipment is returned in a very dirty condition or does not conform to the so-called normal state of cleanliness.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THE EQUIPMENT IS DAMAGED, LOST, OR MADE VERY DIRTY?
Every Bébé Solutions item is delivered to you in pristine condition, prepared with the utmost care. In return, we encourage you to treat it as if it were your own.
Upon delivery, you become fully responsible for the equipment until it is returned.
Normal wear and tear is a part of life.
We understand that careful use may leave some traces. Signs of normal wear and tear are of course accepted , as long as they do not affect the safety or cleanliness of the equipment.
However, in the event of damage or non-standard maintenance:
- Intensive cleaning required (e.g. vomit, diaper spillage, cigarette smell):
A fee of $80 per item will be applied.
If the item cannot be reused, its full replacement value will be charged.
- Minor cosmetic damage (scratches, repairable surface stains, with no impact on safety):
A lump sum of $30 will be applied.
- Significant damage (defective fabric or mechanism, equipment rendered unusable):
An amount of $100 will be charged.
- Loss or theft of equipment or an essential part:
You will be liable for its full purchase value .
Namely - No food or drink should be consumed in strollers, trailers or baby carriers.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited: fibers and plastics retain odors irreversibly.
DO YOU HAVE INSURANCE ?
Yes. The safety and peace of mind of our customers are essential.
In rare cases where an incident occurs while using one of our equipment, liability insurance can provide protection of up to $2,000,000 .
This coverage applies to exceptional situations where bodily injury or property damage could occur during a rental.
