How do I book baby equipment?
All bookings are made online through our store. You choose your dates, your equipment and the available delivery or pickup method, then complete your reservation through our secure platform.
What is the client portal?
The client portal lets you find your booking in one place: rental details, useful information, booking follow-up and certain reservation-related updates.
I did not receive my confirmation email. What should I do?
First check your spam or promotions folder. If you still do not see anything after a few minutes, contact us so we can review your booking with you.
Do I need to sign a rental agreement?
Yes. A digital rental agreement is sent after booking and must be completed before the equipment is handed over.
BOOKING AND AVAILABILITY

Everything you need to know before booking

How are rental days calculated?
Rental days are calculated in 24-hour periods. For example, a booking from Wednesday at 9 a.m. to Thursday at 10 a.m. counts as two days.
Can I book at the last minute?
Yes, if the calendar still shows availability and a pickup or delivery schedule is available for that day.
What if my preferred date is unavailable?
If a date is blocked, it usually means the equipment is already booked or no handoff option is available at that time.
How long can I rent the equipment?
There is no fixed maximum duration. Depending on the equipment, you can book by the day, by the week or for a longer period.
How can I extend my reservation?
Contact us as soon as possible with your reservation number and your new requested date. Extensions depend on the actual availability of the equipment.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
Cancellation is free up to 14 days before the rental start date. Less than 14 days before the booking, no refund is provided. No refund is granted for early returns or unused equipment.
PICKUP, DELIVERY AND RETURNS

Where to receive, pick up and return your equipment

We serve Montreal, Laval, Longueuil, Gatineau and Quebec City depending on the equipment, the season and the selected handoff method.

Where and how do I receive my rental?
Before handoff, your agreement must be signed and your booking confirmed. Depending on what was selected, the equipment can be collected from a partner location or handed off according to the option chosen during booking.
Do you deliver to hotels, Airbnbs or homes?
Yes, depending on the booking. We may offer delivery to a hotel, Airbnb, home or partner location depending on the city, equipment and availability.
Does the return have to be made at the same place?
In most cases, yes. Unless otherwise specified in your booking, pickup and return take place at the same location.
How long is my booking held if I do not show up?
If you do not show up at the planned date and time without prior arrangement, the products may be released for other customers.
CAR SEATS AND SAFETY

Do you install car seats?
No. For liability and insurance reasons, our team and partner locations do not install car seats for customers. Each seat is however provided with its manual and visual guidance.
Can I get help installing a car seat?
Yes. We can point you to a specialized resource, such as a child passenger safety technician. We always recommend reading the manual carefully.
Is it possible to travel by plane with the equipment?
Yes, several items can be transported by plane depending on the product type and intended use. However, our car seats cannot be used for international flights and must be returned in one of our service cities before departure.
What are the essential safety rules?
The customer must follow the general safety rules applicable in Quebec and to the rented product. For example, some bike-related uses require appropriate accessories or protective gear.

What we expect when the equipment is returned

Is the equipment cleaned before each rental?
Yes. Every item is selected, inspected and prepared before rental to offer a polished, reliable and reassuring experience.
In what condition must the equipment be returned?
Equipment must be returned in a level of cleanliness equivalent to the condition in which it was handed over. We ask every family to care for it as if it were their own.
What happens if the equipment is returned very dirty?
If intensive cleaning is required, fees may apply. If an item can no longer be reused, its replacement value may be charged.
What happens in the event of damage, loss or theft?
Throughout the rental period, the equipment remains under your responsibility until it is returned. In the event of loss, theft, or damage, please contact our team promptly so we can assist you with the appropriate next steps.
